Shipping Charges
We offer free standard shipping across Canada on all orders over CAD $100.
For orders within Canada:

Up To $99.99 – Shipping fee: CAD $12
For all orders shipped to the United States, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and order weight.
Order Processing & Shipping Timelines

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before your item is shipped.

Once shipped, an email confirmation with your tracking number will be sent.
Delivery & Responsibility

We are committed to ensuring your orders are fulfilled accurately and promptly.

However, delivery dates are not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to high order volumes, postal service disruptions, or technical issues.

Once your order is handed over to the courier, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery errors.

Couriers no longer require a signature upon delivery.

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received the item, we recommend contacting the courier directly.
Order Cancellation & Modification

If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please reach out to us at hello@gulaabi.ca as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once an order enters processing, modifications or cancellations may not be possible.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, you may still return it once it is delivered, in accordance with our return policy.
Note: If you placed your order as a guest, your order details will not appear in your Gulaabi account dashboard. However, you will still receive an email with your shipping confirmation and tracking number.
